Does any one know how to set up a bingo hall?

Does any one know how to set up a bingo hall?

My father wants to start a bingo hall. Already installed as non-profit organization. But I can 't find any additional information on the network, except with the churches. We 'Re in Cleveland, Ohio. If you have any information, or may indicate in the right direction, appreciate it. Thanks again for your answers.
